How to protect your nude photos.

Recently, a few strangers contacted me online to tell me that they had seen my pics posted online by someone else. Since I always post my pics with my face clearly visible, they could identify me easily. My pics are meant to promote naturism and to normalise nudity and I don't like them to be used by others in contexts which may not necessarily be in line with the promotion of naturism. And I certainly don't like to have my pics appropriated by someone else who gives the impression that he owns these pics. Or worse, some time ago, one of my pics even appeared in a very unsavoury website.

How then do we protect our nude pics? The world is prone to misunderstand nudity and give it a vile interpretation. One effective way is to write on your pics. This pic is a good example. My email address appears on it. And the large caption at the top of the pic renders this pic wholly unsuitable for a seedy website. Of course it's still possible to remove all these words if a person chooses to edit the photo. But that is highly unlikely unless you are a young beautiful woman. Nobody will bother to do that to 99% of us naturists. LOL

Cooking dinner

When I posted pics of me cooking, many of my friends were misled into thinking that I'm a good cook. The last thing I want to do is to give a false impression that I have talents beyond whatever meagre abilities I really have. Let me be perfectly honest. I can only cook an omelette and even, then, it's not a great omelette. Everything I cook is a variation of the omelette and so far, there are only two variations: eggs with prawns and eggs with salmon. The finished product is sometimes garnished with cashew nuts which I have a partiality for. I have not cooked chicken, pork, beef or anything else. Prawns and salmon are OK because they cook easily.

So, don't be fooled when you see a pic of me cooking a meal. It's like pics of me with bottles of alcohol. I am a poor drinker and I really hate the taste of alcohol although I can drink a mug of beer. But I like to take selfies and you mustn't always believe the adage that photos don't lie. LOL

Water water everywhere and not a spot to swim in.

You may think I shouldn't butcher two of the world's best-loved poems but I have a good reason. Yesterday I encountered wild animals on a deserted island and I almost got stung by jellyfish. Haha.

That's the tropical rainforest for you. First, there was a pack of wild predatory dogs. Next, I was nearly attacked by a wild boar. Yes, that's the same ferocious animal Asterix and Obelix love to hunt and eat. Finally, when I thought I could just swim, float and let my body be caressed by the warm and soothing waves of this calm sea, what should I see but myriads of hostile jellyfish. But they didn't stop me from having my pic taken for the benefit of my blog readers. LOL

Going barefoot is not for me

Many years ago, I ran the marathon with a clergyman from my church. We had been training together during our practice long runs. A few years ago, I met him at a social function and he told me he had been running barefoot. When I tried to run barefoot, I found that I could not go for more than a few metres. I do try to take the garbage out without shoes but that's about all I can do.

But in many of my posts, I appear barefoot. It may give the wrong impression that I can hike barefoot. I can't. I received a lot of messages after my last post as to whether I could now hike barefoot. I only took off my shoes for that pic. But when I hike or walk, my feet are always shod. This is a pic taken at the same hike I did in my last post and of course I had my shoes on. There are those who can walk barefoot and there are those who can't. I can't.

Deep in the Heart of the Enchanted Forest

A few days ago, I went nude hiking. I have missed my annual nude hiking in Europe for two years in a row and I felt I had to at least do some hiking. But the landscape is very different here. It's heavily forested and there's no telling if I might come into contact with some jungle predator. Haha.

And of course there is a huge variety of wild plants and trees. It's certainly more wild here and you need to have a bit of that swashbuckling buccaneer persona to survive alone and nude too in a tropical rainforest. Haha.
