Many naturists love to show how richly tanned their skin is. Naturally, if you go about your daily life in the nude, it makes no sense if you have tan marks which are a dead giveaway that you are clothed most of your life or if you look deadly pale which may suggest that you have not exposed your skin to the sun. I may look quite tanned when I am alone in a photo. All my friends and family think of me as extremely dark and of course I am; I live in the tropics. But when I am with some of my more tanned naturist friends who live in countries where the sun hardly peeks out of grey clouds, they almost always put me to shame.
Before my annual nude hiking, I always make it a point to expose myself to the sun as much as possible. I think this year, I have done a great job. One can hardly get more tanned than this. And it's only two weeks more. I'm really looking forward to meeting everyone again.
