Let's see where this gets me.

I've been going to the gym regularly for the past month and where my regime allows for the use of equipment that I have at home, I work out at home. I'm curious what I will look like by the end of next year. I'm under no delusion that there's going to be all that much change. And I don't mind.

As a naturist, I accept my body with all its human imperfections. I don't feel a need to hide anything. But of course if I have even a small fraction of Arnold Schwarzenegger's muscles, that will be fun. After all, I'm following a modified version of his 1800-page Encyclopaedia of Body-Building. It's Christmas today but that didn't stop me one bit.

  1. Nothing wrong with physical fitness. Walking, lifting moderate weights, any moderately strenuous activity engaged in regularly will keep you alive and healthy longer. And there's nothing wrong if you mix a bit of vanity in with it too.

    1. Absolutely right. While I believe totally that the human body is decent and glorious despite all its imperfections, I think it's to be expected that we all do try to look good. I know of some naturists who will tug at the penis before a photo is taken in order to make it look bigger - something which I personally object to because the penis is never the focal point for any naturist and is honestly the last thing on my mind when my nude pic is taken, we do try to show a pleasant smile, etc and there's nothing wrong in showing muscles if a person has it. Vanity is natural too. I take a lot of pics and I usually pick the one in which I look most friendly and pleasant. In fact, I am just about to post a new blog post showing pics of me taken at a time when I was extremely fat and unfit. Naturism is all about the celebration of the human body in all its shapes. Of course I want to be muscular but there was a time when I was most unfit and that was still a part of me and I'm happy to celebrate it. Yes, we should seek good health and exercise is important. Thanks for the very balanced comment. There are a few naturists who think vanity should be out of the picture. I don't agree. Everyone (naturists included) has a bit of vanity as long as he's human. LOL.
